The Composite Hard Felt surface can be coated with graphite paper or carbon cloth, carbon cloth and graphite paper, graphite paper can be sandwiched between each felt. Reinforced Composite Hard Felt: small heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, rapid heating and rapid cooling without deformation, it is an ideal thermal insulation material for vacuum quench furnace, vacuum brazing furnace, vacuum sintering furnace, and vacuum series high temperature furnace. It is made by primary and secondary high-temperature treatment, and its anti-ablation performance, thermal shock resistance, airflow erosion resistance and thermal insulation performance are excellent.
Composite Hard Felt has the advantages of high rigidity, self-supporting, high strength, no short fiber loss, and low thermal conductivity that traditional insulation materials do not have.
